Responsibilities:

House Of Flags – Kimbolton

Responsibilities:

  • To provide IT support to 60 users across 3 main sites UK wide, using online and telecommunication, this included maintaining PCs and Servers.
  • Implemented a security management system,  and ensuring security is maintained through the network.
  • Created and implemented an improvement plan to ensure proficiency of IT and network systems aimed at maximising company profits.

USAF 48th Contracting Squadron – RAF Lakenheath

Responsibilities:

  • Maintained squadron IT systems for 55 users, maintaining 99% availability for vital contract systems, enabling 475 actions valued at $28 million supporting 2 wings.
  • Analysed and refurbished IT equipment saving the USAF over $39000 in waste materials.
  • Educated military and civilian members of the squadron, in IT, security and data backup to ensure 100% mission success.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintained onsite premise, providing face to face customer service and driving sales.
  • Drove sales through business to business marketing and networking.
